Leafy Canada sells cannabis products exclusively to adults aged 19 or older. You must confirm your age to enter the store, and every parcel requires photo ID and a signature from a person 19+ on delivery.

If ID cannot be produced, the parcel is returned to us and the shipping cost is not refunded. Cannabis products must be kept out of reach of children and pets.

We accept Bitcoin (BTC) only. Your order confirmation shows the exact BTC amount and the wallet address to send to, calculated at the CAD/BTC rate displayed when the order was placed.

Orders are reserved for 30 minutes at that rate. Send the exact amount on the Bitcoin network to the address provided. Payments sent on other networks, to a different address, or after the reservation window cannot be recovered automatically — contact us with your order number and transaction ID and we will help.

We dispatch once the transaction has at least one confirmation. Underpayments are topped up or refunded at the prevailing rate.

We ship within Canada to Ontario, Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, and Prince Edward Island.

Orders placed before 2 pm local time on a business day are dispatched within 48 hours. Shipping is $12 flat, free on orders over $150 CAD. Parcels travel tracked and require an adult signature.

Packaging is unbranded and smell-proof, with no product names on the outside of the parcel.

Cannabis products cannot be returned once delivered, by law. If your order arrives damaged, short, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs of the parcel.

Verified issues are replaced on the next dispatch at no cost, or refunded in Bitcoin to the wallet address the payment came from.

We collect only the information required to fulfil your order: name, email, delivery address, phone (if provided) and order contents. This information is never sold or shared with third parties beyond the courier delivering your parcel.

We do not store wallet private keys and we cannot see your Bitcoin balance. Payment records contain only the transaction ID and amount.

You may request deletion of your account data at any time by contacting us with your order number.

All prices are in Canadian dollars and exclude any duties. You are responsible for complying with the possession limits and regulations of your province.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where age, licence or delivery eligibility cannot be verified. In that case any BTC received is refunded in full to the sending address.

Product potency and appearance may vary slightly between lots. Lab results are available on request.
